We all love to talk about our faith — how it grows, how we’re inspired in our faith. But how about finances and money? Money is not an evil. It is a necessity that is spoken about numerous times in the Bible. One particular church comes to mind when these two topics come up: Macedonia (2 Corinthians 8:1-7). We are grateful for the examples of faith and generosity in the Macedonian church and we see it through many of our generous givers. Your donations have made an impact on thousands of people.
Here’s a quick look at the APMF finances:
Pledges from the giving churches: $413,800.00
Proposed Budget: $386,217.00
Initial pledges were decreased due to uncertainties of COVID-19. We have appreciated the generosity of all churches who gave beyond their pledges. In addition, we received extra funding from a giving church that was not a part of the initial pledges. These extra funds will be allocated to the 2021 budget.
Budget includes: staff and missionary support for the Metro Manila Christian Church and Philippine Family of Churches, elder development, teaching development and training, international travels, media, disaster relief, and Myanmar connection.
